Suggest Treatment For Itchy Scrotum,penis And Anus

hi,i thought at first that i had jock itch problems, however it seem more than that since the weather is getting colder. I am very itchy on my scotum and penis with flacky dead skin, since beeing single at this time i do masturbate frecently and recently developped some serious inflamation on my penis. I also have a very itchy anus which i schratch while sleeping. When i rub the surrounding area there is dead skin coming off. It almost feel that my sking is roting with assosiated smell. My first problem developped only since a few months the other been excisting for a number of years. Shall i see a Dermotologist? What do i have?

It sounds like a fungal infection called tinea cruris. You should apply Clotrimazole or Miconazole ointment to the area after cleaning and drying it twice a day. Keep the area dry at all times and avoid any constricting garments. Try it for a week and let us know of the progress. Take care.
