Suggest Treatment For Itchiness All Over The Body

Hello there...I have drug induced folliculits from the Lithium I started on July 28th. I went to the dermatologist today and was told to stop the Lithium immediately. How long after stopping this will my skin start to look normal and the burning/itching stop?
