Suggest Treatment For Indigestion, Fatigue And Uneasiness In The Stomach

My wife is 48 yes old. She is suffering with acute gas trouble associated with indigestion,fatigue as well as uneasiness in the stomach since last 10 days. The severity is more in the evening. Bloating and uneasyness starts at once the food is taken. Presently consulting gastroenterologist has advised pantodoc tab and enterogermina liquid and asked to wait for a week. But sufferings are being continued. He said he will do endoscopy after week what to do?

Read your history and understood the concerns about your wife who is and is suffering from acute gas trouble associated with indigestion, fatigue and uneasiness in the stomach from the last 10 days. Problem is more in the evening; bloating and uneasiness start after food, Gastroenterologist suggested Pantodac, enterogermina and asked to wait for a week.
Since the appointment for endoscopy is there, your wife will have to wait.
Till then I would advise you the following:
Send the stool for tests as well as that of blood and urine.
Therapeutic trial with a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole can help for diagnosis as well as for therapy.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause the problem.
Stress and anxiety can enhance the problems and hence should be kept under control.
Further tests as would be advised by the Gastroenterologist can help you to get over the problems.
