Suggest Treatment For High Bp
Good evening, I am a UK citizen living in Egypt and working as a teacher. I have been taking Valsartan 80mg for the past 5 years, but yesterday i had my blood pressure taken - because of a terrible headache - it was 190/110; today it is 180/110. Do you have any suggestions please, It is very hard to find a Dr here who is able to deal with this. The one i saw yesterday suggested i went running for half an hour!!!!
