Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Level

since last 6 month my blood sugar level is high in fasting it's came 370 i went to the doctor he write me tablets daily two tablet one morning and one evening since 5 month i took that tablet then i check my blood glucose it was norma fasting=78 and postlunch=108 since last three month iam not taking tablets but my sugar level in normal range what i think i don't have dibetic or what

Please do OGTT(Oral Glucose Tolerence Test) and get it confirmed. It may be stress hyperglycemia that you were suffering from. HbA1C also has to be checked every 3 months so that we treat as early as possible. It is advisable to follow proper diet and regular physical activity even if reports are normal.
