Suggest Treatment For Headache During Pregnancy

hello doctor..i m 27yrs old female, 19wks gestational age, suffering from severe unilateral headache on right side in the temporal region since yesterday.i took paracetamol 650mg twice and found no relief.headache is aggravated on moving my head to left side and from supine to sitting position.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Severe unilateral headache can be due to migraine, or cluster headache. If. Not relieved by paracetamol, then I would suggest you to consult a neurologist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
