Suggest Treatment For Growing Dry Red Flaky Skin On My Labia Majora Area

Labia Majora exclusively. four years, growing dry red flaky skin, 2 dermotologists rx cremes/ funal and steriod, no help. Area is growing in size very slowly. Manuca honey helps, so does coconut oil but when itch attack comes on it's awful. Perimenopausal-menopausal 49

I hear you & empathise & thanks for taking the trouble to write in to Healthcaremagic.
As you have used various topical antifungals & steroids, may I suggest a totally different cream that albeit will take its time, will surely help you.
Sensibio DS cream manufactured by the company Bioderma is the cream I allude to & is easily available in Europe & the Middle East. You may continue using the Manuca honey or/& coconut oil especially after bathing as a moisturiser. Please consult with your gynaecologist & consider HRT (hormone replacement therapy) that may aid the skin lesions too.
