hi , am 35 and trying for a baby, had unprotected sex around ovulation , i am due my period on tuesday, and have beed very weak in wrists , feet , hands , thirsty all the time , reduced appetite and menstrual cramps , I also have a severed spinal cord from C1 spinal surgery six years ago but am totally mobile and healthy , could I be pregnant or just tired ? thanks a million

pregnancy can not be predicted. you need to go for pregnancy test after you miss your periods. there is no chances of pregnancy if the flow of blood during periods is normal in amount and duration. if only spotting is present then also you need to go for evaluation.
Go to gynaecologist for further evaluation by sonography.
