Since you are young and all the endoscopy, scan and blood reports are normal the pain in the left side of abdomen, problem in breathing can be related to your stress and anxiety. Uncomfortable during breathing at times may be due to costochondritis and thus get examined accordingly with your Doctor, discuss about IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome since you have pain on left side of abdomen with all the reports are normal. Get stool tests and colonoscopy to be sure about the diagnosis and get treated accordingly. Identify other factors that are causing the problems like stress, anxiety, any foods or beverages and stop such factors.
