Suggest Treatment For Fracture Of Frontal Bone

DEAR DOCTOR, I HAPPENED TO HAVE A HEAD HEALED DEPRESSED FRACTURE OF FRONTAL BONE ON LEFT SIDE IN THE YEAR 2002. THE RESULT OF THE CT SCAN ( DATED 26.03.2014) IS AS FOLLOWS A1.35X1.2 CMS SIZE PARAFALCINE HYPOTTENUATING GLIOTIC LESION IN THE LEFT BASIFRONTAL LOBE IS S/O--- SEQUEL TO PREVIOUS PARENCHYMAL INSULT. PLEASE DEFINE THE ACTION PLAN AND BEST HOSPITAL FOR FURTHER TREATMENT.

There are no conservative means by which this can be cured.

Please consult a good neurosurgeon in your locality.

Endoscopic minimally invasive surgeries will give better results than open surgeries.
