hi, i was due to have surgery tomoro for deviated septum and fess for sinusitus, on saturday i developed a sore throat and earache, i went to a and e and they said i had strep throat and gave me penicillin, i am also taking paracetamol, ibuprofen and aspirin gargle, i have no cough or pus on throat and no cold symptoms. i am running a fever and feel worse than i did saturday, i have no energy at all and the pain in my ear is excruciating, my sinuses are painful and my glands in neck are up, what can i do
