Hello,

Such symptoms of fever and headache with loose diarrhea could be due to viral infection. Viral infection takes some time to come around till then fever needs to be taken great care along with dehydration, if the symptoms persist and it is the high great fever then condition needs to be ruled out for bacterial and parasitic infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
