Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Liver, Malabsorption, SOD And Pancreatitis

hi I have immature granulocytes and always have a high white count my liver is enlarged and I have mailabsortion, SOD and Pancreatitis from time to time. I have needed three iron infusion for anemia and my bone marrow is being affected in my neck. I do not understand this new development of the immature granulocytes, should I be worried?

As per my clinical experience, the consistent of enlarged liver, malabsorption and pancreatitis do favor underlying auto immune process most likely. The best initial step is to identify particular antibody level in the blood for best guidelines of cure. Till that time, kindly follow basic guidelines for betterment:
- Consume more liquids in sessions
- Eat easily digestible food stuffs
- Avoid excess fat, dairy products, spices, non veg, junk food
- Control of SGPT, SGOT, HCT
- Supportive iron supplements
- Multi-vitamins with minerals and anti-oxidants
- Pancreatic enzyme supplements in tablet form
- Ayurvedic liver tonic such as Liv 52
- Parenteral nutrition may be required in selected cases of severe malabsorption
