2 months ago i had an elevated d dimer of 6.3. it was redone not even 2 months later and it was 7.3. i now had neck pain, night sweats and bad headaches. i have a very low blood pressure of about 92 over 63. that drops even lower. i am really worried about this d dimer test. pls help
