Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Vertigo

I have vertigo. I am taking meclizine and doing all the special exercises for vertigo. When I look to the right I really get dizzy. I have had this for 4 months. The ear doctor said I had a virus in my ear. Is there anything else I can try to get rid of this?

You are giving history of dizziness with movementof the neck to the side.
If you don't have fever ,history of hearing loss then it looks like a Cervical vertigo.
It is caused by some neck problem.
I wll advice you to do neck X ray and consult Orthopedician.
