Otolaryngologist/ENT Doctor 's  Response
Hi,
The triad of symptoms ringing in ears, episodes of dizziness and hearing loss is pointing towards a clinical condition related to the inner ear. This condition can affect the balance and hearing to varying degrees. This can only be confirmed by a proper ENT examination and some tests. You will also need a hearing test called audiogram which tells us the level of hearing loss.

I recommend you to follow a salt restricted diet strictly.

Please follow-up with your ENT doctor and follow his/her advice.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Dr. Prasad
