Patient Name is NARESH KUMAR JAIN. L4-5 disc reveals diffuse posterior and bilateral foraminal protrusion. It intends the thecal sac and causes compression of bilateral nerve root. Doctors has suggested to go for surgery. What to do at this situation ?
