Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea

Hi I have have loose bowels, bloating periods of Diarrhea, bloating, gas, persistent loose stools and now for the first time ever eczema (2 small patches). I have Pernicious anemia- currently my b12 levels are too high. i am set for an Edoscopy and Colonoscopy.

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here, I could say that it could be intestinal infection that causes the diarrhea, if this is not the infection then it may not need any treatment, you seems to have low immunity, for eczema you can try steroid for local application, I would advise to wait for couple of days for diarrhea it may comes around, or wait for proper diagnosis, else it is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
