Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Flatulence

I have a problem with my bowels. I either have diarrhoea or constipation. Strong smelling stools, which are always soft (65% of the time diarrhoea), flatulence. No stomach ache. I have not changed my diet although I am a little overweight. I am not stressed and I am otherwise healthy and on no medication. There is no family history

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear how old are you?? Since when you're suffering from this problem??

Many causes for diarrhea but I think you may be suffering from chronic diarrhea may be due to.

1.Irritable bowel syndrome
2.Inflammatory bowel disease
3.Malobsorption syndromes
4.Infections etc..

Avoid spicy food and fatty food. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid Dairy products and peanut s.

Take tab.normaxine twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
