Additional coreeg and cozar for heart condition. 24 months ago my wife died increasing depression. I feel my treatment has not been very beneficial to improved life. I m opened to new ways
I think, you need combination of antidepressant. If you were my patient, i would have kept you on venlafaxine with mirtazapine along with psychotherapy. You need supportive therapy or CBT, that would help you to come out of depression. In case, you need further help, you can consult me any time.
Thanks
