Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Depression and anxiety are not same. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Such a fear is carried by everyone in the world. Depression is extreme sadness and inability to be mobile. In your case, your physical problems are the cause for your depression. Physical problems also brings on anxiety about future. Your current treatment should be good. You may request your physician for an intervention by Psychologist / psychiatrist.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
