Suggest Treatment For Depression And Anxiety After Quit Smoking

Hi there, I am a 25 year old male who stopped smoking about 3 months ago. Since i stopped smoking i have been getting a lot of bad symptoms, mostly that are inline with lung cancer. I have been to my Drs numerous times but he wont listen or do any tests as he says this is not the case. Recently i have started bringing blood up in my phlegm and coughin up green/brown phlegm. Over the past 2 weeks my right hand and foot have been getting weird sensations in them and i have been feeling sick regularly every morning with some vision problems. I went to see my Dr who just gave me some medication and did not send me for no tests. I told him i was worried i had lung cancer that had spread to the brain. I am constantly worrying now and even the ER will not do anything. My Dr has tried giving me anti depressants and anti anxiety pills because he says this is all in my head, how can he be sure when the only test he has done to me is to check my blood pressure?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Here you are suspecting a knowledgeable doctor when you have no knowledge about the problem you are talking about. Do understand that your doctor just says it is in your head because it is in your head.

I can understand your emotions. But it is also essential you trust your doctor who has the knowledge and experience. If you are not satisfied with the current doctor, consult another doctor whom you can "trust'. Then stop thinking about the symptoms and concentrate on your career.

I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
