i've been having cracked nipples for almost a month now it doesn't seem to be healing because my baby doesn't drink any other milk formula except breast milk, it's painful when i feed him amd it makes my areola and nipple dry, i've been applying white petroleum jelly b.p on it and i don't know if it's helping, but when the skin is dry and i apply the jelly my skin only peeeled but later becomes dry again, should i stop breastfeeding my baby until it heals, or is there any other alternative? please help
