Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Any fever is there? Given the back ground of eczema and eosinophilia, this might suggest an allergic cause (like asthma). As ESR is bit high, we need to consider respiratory infections as a triggering event and treat with appropriate antibiotics along with broncho-dilators. Kindly discuss with your pediatrician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
