Suggest Treatment For Chronic Gastritis & IBS

I had a large amount of clear with a hint of red in it come of my rectom uncontrollably. Last Sunday I went to the restroom and I was bleeding out of my rectom stuck there for atleast 3-5 mon.until it stopped. Now the above. I do have chronic gastritis & IBS. Should I be seen? Thank you

dear you may be suffering from internal hemorrhoids along with IBS and gastritis.avoid fatty food and alcohol.avoid smoking.take high fiber diet, regular exercise.tab nexium before breakfast for 1week, syrp.lactulose 30ml at night. please consult your doctor he will examine perectally and treat you accordingly.
