Suggest Treatment For Chlamydia

ok so i just found out i have chlamydia and i took the Azithromycin & i was wonder how do you know if the chlamydia
is gone, how are you supposed to feel, are you supposed to have discharge? I am really worried that the antibiotics didn't work! please help. ps i am going to the doctor in 2wks for a follow up.

I have gone through your query.Chlamydia is very sensitive to azithromycin.Even a single dose is enough for clearing it.But if doxycycline then it should be taken twice daily for one week.So you can stop worrying about that now.If you have any associated discharge or symptoms it can be associated with other conditions like gonorrhea.So if you have such symptoms approach your doctor to rule out that by culture of swab from urethra.Hope this may help you.
