my heart feels like its beating too fast and my left arm tingles, i feel tight chested and out of breath.. i went to the hospital and they did a heart cheack and told me everything was fine and i should wait it out. but its still the same. i used to drink and smoke but have stoped since these problems have occoured, although nothing has changed,
