Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Difficulty In Breathing

Hi, Sometimes I get this weird heart pain. I've had it happen ever since i was maybe 13 (with the onset of puberty?) It almost starts as a stich then it is a sharp intense pain straight in my heart that sometimes radiates out up to my left arm and shoulder. My breathing gets shallow because taking a deep breath makes it worse.

HI
Well come to HCM
this is nonspecific compliant, and some time this commonly seen at the time of puberty, and this is nothing to worry, stress would be the cause of this, try to keep this low, avoid taking deep breath, instead just relax, shut your eyes and then slowly and gently take deep breath, take care (Common:- Puberty is the turning point where one can experience something new may be amazing, disturbing, frightening, and so on )
