Suggest Treatment For Burn In Stomach With No Free Fluid In Dogulas Cavity
I have burny in my stomach, I have tested H Pylori and Ultersound as well. Fortunately H Pylori result is negetiave and result of altersound has shown that there is no free fluid in dogulas cavity. Hope you get the point, if it is not clear i will scaned my result as well. Thanks, Sherzai
Hello and welcome to HCM, I understand from your history that you are suffering from gastritis and acidity in the stomach. The results for H. pylori is negative. Now the cause for gastritis and acidity has to be found out. This could be due to some kind of ulcer in the stomach or duodenum. You need to get an upper GI endoscopy to look for any lesion in the stomach. If any ulcer is detected, appropriate treatment can be instituted. You need to consult a gastroenterologist for this.
Pouch of Douglas (POD) is a pelvic structure. Fluid in POD is seen during ovulation and pelvic inflammatory diseases. These findings have to be correlated clinically.
