Suggest Treatment For Bone And Greenstick Type Break In 3 Year Old

My 3 year old fell while jumping on our trampoline. We took her to the Dr and they said after her X Rays that she has 2 breaks and one is a greenstick type break. All of the Ortho Dr s had left for the day, so she was splinted for the night and we need to follow up with an Ortho in the morning. Any idea how they will proceed? We were told usually they rebreak the bones for a clean break, surgery to put pins in or they will just recast it. What are the chances they will simply recast it?
