Suggest Treatment For Blood Clots In The Brain Vessels

Two years ago my father, suffering from high fever, headache, high blood pressure and eventually electrical imbalance, difficult to swallow food, loss of voice was hospitalized. After collecting many test reports, the docters were undecided for 6 days about the cause or diseases. On the basis of some symptoms, they suspected and started treatment for tubercular meninzitis with mainly AKT4.The patient recorvered slowly to nearly normal. After two months, AKT4 was replaced by another medicine (which contained only two componants of AKT4). After one month, the patient started voomiting (doctors said side effect) which was controlled after two weeks. The patient's condition worsened. He was then terated with streptomycin injection for nine months without any visible improvment. Now the doctors say that there are blood clots in the patient's brain vessels blocking the supply of blood (and oxygen) to some part of the brain. The patient now is unable to walk with left part of the body weak, slurred speech, difficult to eat. He is continuing medicines for high blood pressure (2 years) and aspirin (3 months) but without any sign of improvement. Should I continue the medicine or any alternatives? Thank you.
