Suggest Treatment For Blocked Ear

Hi. I have been suffering with a blocked ear since January. I have had two lots of ear cops for this and for a couple of months it went away. Then four weeks ago it was diagnosed as a fungal infection and I have been on canes ten drops for three and a half weeks. I took them for two weeks longer after I thought the infection seemed to have cleared up but a day later I ad a mildly blocked ear again so ave recommended the ear drops. I am just wondering how long I should continue the ear drops for before seeing my GP again if it hasn't cleared up. I swim three times a week but wear swim earplugs. Thank you, Anna
