Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder

I'm 21 years old, 6'1" tall about 180 pounds. I'm bipolar or have a personality disorder I don't know my psychiatrist won't say which. I have tinnitus and it is bothering me very much. I quit taking in dairy products, but I recently just found out that soy aggrevates my tinnitus very much so. I am in pain right now because I tried a soy protein shake as opposed to a whey protein shake because whey protein contains lactose. When I consume products with lactose my tinnitus gets worse and I get tonsil stones. So I guess I wanna ask what I can do to cure it. I've tried no loud music and quit eating certain food types but I still have this painful noise in my head. My ENT told me just to deal with it, but I can't accept that after hearing people have gotten rid of it. How can I tell if Hydergine or vinpocetine would help? How could I tell if a tinnitus retraining device would help?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I answer for your first question. From the given description it is very difficult to diagnose your mental problem. I can see that you are disappointed and disappointment do brings all those symptoms which are usually associated with depression. I don;t see any symptoms of bi-polar or personality disorder. Do consult a psychologist.

Secondly, work with your ENT specialist for your tinnitus problem. He is your best judge and soother.
