Suggest Treatment For Arthritis
my mother, 65 is suffering from pain in both leg starting from thigh to ankle in both leg since 6-7 years. if a specific vein is pressed in thigh she cries. knee pain is also there. both knees are swollen. doctor says it is arthritis. only exercise advised by him. pls advice. thanks.

Of course the exercise is the best option even much better than the medicines in case of arthritis, in medicine condition can be treated with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain released once in day, and steroid can be tried Tab Prednisolone 10 mg three times in day for three days and then reduce the dose by 10 mg every after 3rd day till the last dose comes 10 mg three times in day for three days, hope this helps.
