Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

I've been dealing with "anxiety"(I describe my symptoms better below, may not be anxiety) in a way i would describe as burst-like. It comes and goes but only every couple of days. Weird enough, its happened to me two Saturday's in a row one week apart exactly .. at around the same time (5-6 pm) both days.
To better describe my symptoms; during my "anxiety" I become fatigued, my chest begins to feel pressured over MY right side 3-4 inches below my collar bone (not my heart), my hands become sweaty, I have numb feeling tingly-ness in my forehead, I get the feeling of needing to be home like when it happens Im usually calm about it but I want to leave wherever I am and go home for some reason.
Last night, after having dinner I had one beer and when I went to the bathroom I spit blood up 3-4 times. Each spit was all blood red and came up out of my throat, not my gums. It didn't hurt in my throat, and I didn't feel it coming up so when I saw the red I was surprised. This happened about 1 hour after I had experienced the "anxiety" (or whatever it is).

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. The symptoms you are experiencing are definitely of anxiety. But spitting of blood is a cause of concern. This is not due to anxiety. You should consult a physician and haved a check up immediately. Do not self diagnose.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
