Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

I have had catheter ablation 2x in 2006 but i have been having some palpations today and now i am having an increase in my pulse upon taking a breath. I have also felt shaky for the past few hours and have had headaches for the past 2 days. Should I go to my cardioogist oris thi just an anxiety problem. Thanks for your help. Barbi
