Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

Ive recently been diagnosed with severve anxt whichcame on suddenly and without warning, it seems to me most people with anxiety only have temporary attacks, however mine are from the time wake up till the time I fall asleep... everyday, all day.. is that heard of?

You have anxiety which is present all the day. Ptobably you have some anxiety spectrum.
I would like to assure you that the problem which you have is not rare and is very much treatable.
Drugs like escitalopram and paroxetine are helpful to treat anxiety disorder.
Also there are some psychological treatments like behaviour therapy, biofeedback which can prove beneficial for you.
You can also practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.

Visit a psychiatrist for further evaluation and management.
