Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

I have been having a lot of trouble in nursing school and staying focused and motivated. I have soo much anxiety going to clinical even though I may know it will be an easy day, I can barely eat anything in the morning because I am so anxious, I get so hot and tightness in my chest i feel like a I can't breathe. I just have so much stress sometimes I can't handle it, I know I need better coping skills but I just need help to get some tools into my toolbox.

Anxiety disorders are also common problem nowadays.there can be various causes of the same.There are different ways to control the anxiety one is with the help of medicines means antianxiety drugs,secondly you should practice meditation regularly for sometime daily like deep bearthing exercises.So my suggestion is just consult psychiatrist doctor and explain the whole thing to him.So that he may decide whether to take medicines for this or not depending on your problem.
