I went through your details. I can assure you that your symptoms are due to anxiety. Even if you take the stress test, your heart will show that it is perfect.
Please understand your anxiety disorder is capable to produce weird symptoms around your body which may not have any medical basics. Quite often, these symptoms tend to be obsessive.
In your case, you were stressed negatively while you watched your father die of coronary heart disease. You started obsessing those heart conditions and became anxious. Such anxiety is called health anxiety or hypochondriasis. You need psychotherapy and meditation techniques to manage your health anxiety. Please consult a psychologist.
