Suggest Treatment For Antral Gastritis

hi . sir I had done an endoscopy and the impression was antral gastritis . Its been many years i am having this problem almost 3 to 4 years , my age is 23 . There is continous irritation on my left upper abdomen . My stool is also liquidity meaning not firm . My left nose and my ear are blocked most of the time and sometimes all the gas accumulates near my left throat , i feel quite uncomfortable while the gas get formed on my neck . sir please do suggest some medicines or doctors in which i can completely eradicate .

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here and I can say that it seems to be IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) it is kind of functional type disease and it is not the pathology, it is mostly happening because of stress, anxiety, and depression so try to come out of this, in medicine Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day can be tried hope this information helps.
