ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to health care magic,

Any spot should be examined however benign it looks. You need to ideally get a biopsy done so that you can be at peace of mind.
You can get back to me on the details or consult any ENT as soon as possible. It is a simple procedure done under local anesthesia and for most of the lesions it is definitive.
regards
