I have PCOS and about 5 or 6 years ago I had lost my right ovary and fallopian tube due to an ectopic pregnancy. I have recently undergone various ops to check my remaining tube and ovary. I have been told that my left fallopian tube has a a few kinks in it and that I am likely to never conceive naturally or if I did then it could result in another ectopic hence loose this tube aswell. I recently went through IVF which has failed.
Is there anything I can do to help sort out the tube or help me conceive naturally as I cannot afford to pay for another iVF treatment with no guarantees
