Suggest Treatment For GERD And Hiatal Hernia
I have GERDS and hiatal hernia, Had an attack last Wednesday still going on. burning in stomach, belching, pain in back, boobs feel like they are burning too. I have been watching what I eat but can t seem to leave the smokes alone. I get this full feeling in my right ear that kind of throws me off balance. Lot of bile in diarrhea.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid pain killer medication. Use cap. nexpro. Elevate the head end of the bed.
Eat small little quantity of meals.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly or plan for hiatal hernia repair.
