What Causes Pain Under The Breast With A History Of Hiatal Hernia?

I was recently diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and gerd. However, my heartburn symtpoms have subsided. Now I hav e constant pressure painunder my left breast on the rib and can feel a tiny lump when I push on it. Is this all related to the hiatal hernia?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Hernia does dives a radiating pain as pressure symptoms in the chest wall / breast so check with the status of the hernia.
2.Comming to lump , how big was the lump, weather its a lump or fat glandular tissue you are feeling as a lump. Needs examination.
3.Get a appoint meant with your GP and let it get examined.
4.And get a x-ray to see the status of hernia, and an ultrasound abdomen to get the nature of the lesion and its extensions and where it is arising from.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
