Suggest Treatment For Cerebrospinal Meningnitis

I have CSM, severe musle cramps, muscle twitching in legs and triceps and biceps. Weakness getting worse daily in arms and legs. Ck levels elevated majority of past two years. Low Hemoglobin this past six months. Sometimes twitching in shoulders. Pain in shoulder areas only.
