Suggest Treatment For 8-10 Pus Cells In Urine And Elevated Liver Enzymes

sir my age is 19.5 year i have a urine r/m pus cells -8-10/hpf ,epithelial cells 3-5 /hpf , albumin -trace, s, bilirubin -1.27 , s. alkaline phosphatase- 237.28 , s.g.o.t(a.s.t)-113.27, s.g.p.t(a.l.t)-83.38, tlc-3200, e.s.r-30 please tell me about right treetment for this

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Urinary tract infection is present. Requires urine culture for culture and sensitivity to start antibiotics. Take plenty of fluids.
2. You liver enzymes are also elevated, possibly due to liver injury along with some amount of obstruction. Alcohol is most possible cause. However, if you are not alcoholic, you need to get a hepatitis profile done.
3. TLC is reduced with mild increase in ESR, indicating possible inflammation (mostly liver). Improve your nutrition, specifically with red meat, fish, pulses etc.
