Suggest Therapy For Anxiety With Panic Attacks

I was playing a video game late at night i admit i was to close to the tv and i had my glasses on and it was dark and i was tired but all of a sudden i became extremly dizzy and felt really crazy i also had a pannic attack because i have an anxiety disorder i slept after and today i just feel allitle wierd but could that have been Video game induced Vertigo and than the after feelings were my anxiety??

Hello

I think the strain of playing video games till late night could have led to your symptoms.

I would advice you to stick to regular bedtime routine.
If you are taking any medications for your panic and anxiety, continue with that.
Psychological treatments like biofeedback are also helpful.
Make a routine for doing relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
