Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is very important to find out the cause for your hair fall which mostly is multi factorial: diet/ lifestyle/ dandruff/ stress/ weather change/ poor hair products/ hereditary to name a few.
It is vital that we treat the dandruff first in your case. Start using Scalp shampoo and leave it on wet scalp for 7-8 mins post which rinse it off. do this once every 2 days till the dandruff reduces. Also, once the dandruff reduces, start applying topical Minoxidil 5% every night on your scalp area for a minimum of 8-10 months to see new hair growth. Start consuming multivitamins with biotin in them.
Work on your nutrition and have foods such as eggs, green leafy vegitables, nuts, lentils, avocado, broccoli, pumpkin seeds.

Hope that helps!
