Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
The boils on your head could be folliculitis which is common on an oily scalp. You could benefit from taking a course of Doxycycline for 10-15 days.
For oily scalp, you can use a shampoo containing salicylic acid and ketoconazole on a daily basis. Do not apply oil on your hair externally and do not go for oil massages.
For hair fall, you could use 5% minoxidil solution twice a day. You need to be compliant with the treatment and follow up regularly.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
