I am 26 years old. I have a very tight vagina and can't even insert a tampon. Is it possible I have abnormal hymen? How can I make my vagina bigger to be able to insert a tampon and make sex more comfortable and possible? I went to the GP for a cervical smear and said I haven't been sexually active. The GP recommended I don't have the test as I am in a very ow risk group for HPV cancer and said to come again when I become sexually active. Do you think this is a good advise? Basically, this means virgins don't need cervical smears..though I read this test is recommended if you are older certain age..Thank you very much for your answer.
